For this hour rule at 6, have an E64 M6. This is both the first manual BMW I drove and the first M car. If I can find time today, I plan to write about that.

The v10 sounds amazing in person. It’s thunderous.

They sound absolutely incredible. A guy down my street had one for a few months. It was wrapped matte orange and probably on its third new set of black rimzz.
He didn’t have it for very long, unsurprisingly. I’m sure I motivated quite a few unhealthy cold redlines standing outside my house with my thumbs up grinning like an idiot. Sorry M6 man :)

I stood behind it while my friend revved it one time, it was amazing. Even though my engine is basically the same engine with 2 cylinders lopped off, they sound different.
Once thing I have been good about is letting mine warm up before thrashing it. I will say, it won’t let you take it to its natural redline when it’s cold. The redline increases as you warm up the engine.
