I want to get down to 250. I’m currently fat AF right now. It’s roughly 40 lbs to drop.

Work on upper body strength and get back on the ice - the latter is coming along nicely with my first toe blister in eons. Wonderful.

I don’t need a new year to be a better person...that being said I do set yearly goals.
For 2019 I plan to move out, go join the gym I’ve been eyeballing for awhile now that has a sweet indoor basketball court , and travel outside the US this summer.

I don’t do resolutions but I do like having goals.
1. My German has gotten rusty so I want to get back to fluency this year. Hoping to work as an engineer over there after I get experience under my belt.
2. Get serious in Olympic lifting. Started it in college but ended up powerlifting, just started getting back into it 1.5 months ago, hope to compete sometime late 2019 potentially.

Deadlift 500lbs , squat 400lbs and bench 300lbs. I powerlift. I hope in the next year or two I can qualify to go to USAPL Nationals.

Lol. This is the only sports thing I have ever cared and really dedicated myself to. I don't care about any other sport except a tiny bit about baseball. I wish I would've started earlier in life is the only regret I have.

Already started several weeks ago. Went from 198 to 185 and will keep it up. Also, I will drink significantly less booze in the new year. My liver is holding up so far (as far as I know) but I would rather not give it a reason to dislike me.

Re- start therapy. Try to lose some weight, I’ve put on almost 50 pounds this year, and I feel it. Buy another house, one local and not 6 hours away currently occupied by in-laws that don’t pay rent.
