The other day I passed a “Fallen Rocks Ahead” sign. I thought, if the rocks have already fallen on the road, can’t we just pick them up and move them rather than putting up a sign?
One I-495 in Mass., there is a stretch of terrible pavement with a permanent “Rough Pavement Ahead” sign. Hello? Why not just FIX THE DAMN ROAD rather than put up a stupid sign!
