hard to photograph a clear 45, so here’s a pink one.
these are beautiful objects, they’d be better served in a frame on the wall. But since I’ve got a jukebox and some new singles I’ll do the right thing and play em loud.

W e don’t mention the great Ukulele wars often, too much blood, too many smashed ukes. I don’t think we’re mature enough as a nation, but Troodo sold us out to big ukulele, they don’t care who gets hurt.

For that instant pot put a spiral sliced ham, 3 cups brown sugar, can of pineapple chunks with juice, and some cherries. Meat setting on 20 minutes with vent closed. When done wait 10 minutes then release steam
You will thank me later ;)
Best ham I ever ate.

My kids love this recipe, just keep in mind all the flavor is largely coming from the sausage and cumin so if you go with a milder sausage you will want to step up your spice usage.
Things we have adjusted:
Doubled the beans, as my kids like them and the “bean density” is a bit low for how much this makes.
Skipped the bacon, because we did not have any handy, and it worked fine.
