Roast turkey, boiled then roasted ham, Yorkshire pudding, honey roast parsnips, roast potatoes, par boiled in orange juice then roasted chantanay carrots, carrot and swede mash, bacon, mashed potato, sage and onion stuffing and chestnut stuffing, pigs in blankets, plum and sloe gin cocktail sausages, turkey gravy and cranberry and blueberry sauce. Oh, and a bottle of sparkling Italian wine.

It was all so good.

I’m glad I did the ham earlier on though as I probably wouldn’t of been able to with everything else.

Nah, there’s a good measure of vegetables present. Lol. 

But ye’, still very much a sit down for an hour afterwards and let your body catch up.

That’s what I’m saying man. Turkey and ham go together so well.

You can keep the red cabbage though.

There are many that say Yorkshire puddings don’t have a place at christmas dinner, but I say, ‘nah, they’re great, have em’.

Turkey drumsticks are great, especially when they’ve had the tendons snapped out of them.
