Give me your worst. I deserve it.

I don’t know how this happened, I’m almost thinking my car rolled back after I got out. But the how is unimportant. I took up two spots in my complex with the Volvo, on a night where all the guest parking was already taken up. It’s even worse because my Miata has taken up a spot for weeks without being driven.

I’m a monster

In other news, my next door neighbor traded in his Golf for a Gt-r nismo.

As for 5 speed.... I hate to break it to you, but that's the correct number of gears.

A. The early EA888 1.8 had cam issues, it was a fairly big recall.

B. Six  speeds are far superior, I prefer to be under 3k at 70, while still having relatively short gears.

Huh. I didn’t know about that.

And yeah, but I’d prefer having the same range of ratios with only 5 taller gears. It’s just preference. My golf sits at about 3k, maybe 3200 at 70 mph in 5th.

Ugh much jealousy. The Volvo is a lot better than the Miata, I can do 70 at about 2500rpm compared to 4300. Still not great. They both have loud exhausts

Somehow I’ve managed to spend a good deal of time in basically every truck made in the last five years.... Except for any Ra m. I feel like I’m missing out

70 is at about 2k in the GTI, maybe a little more. Honestly, the last gen Ram(up to 2018) is fantastic after 2014 or so, when the interior got updated and everything got the 8-speed.

Oh, it’s more than that. Only certain technicians are even allowed to touch the GT-R, and only at specifically authorized dealers. So if you’re LUCKY there’s one guy that can work on your car in a 2 hour radius and they can get you an appointment next month.

And don’t worry. He’ll probably experience major transmission failure even without attempting to use the paddles!

I think those wheels would look good on yours is where I was coming from, but the R is very cool overall as well.

There’s a red one with some vents cut into the hood I wouldn’t mind checking out, but it’s best I stay away from for-sale ones! I’ve got a plan and it doesn’t involve buying a car next year :)
