I know the feeling all too well.
Just take care and takes things slow.
If you can, put a pillow or something down the bottom of the bed and put your legs on top, that’ll take the curve out your lower spine taking the pressure off. If sleep on your side. Put a pillow down the bed in front of you, then rest your upper most leg on the pillow (as if you were in the recovery position, with a pillow under your leg), this will keep your spine from twisting and in a much more neutral position.
