Mexican spiced minced beef with peppers and onions in Yorkshire puddings topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheese and some of the fatty oils from the mince. With hash browns.
((Just noticed, my phone has started doing ‘watermarks’ on the pictures. Odd))
Choice of beers.
I think I’ll start with the Moonraker.

It’s a Mexican base sauce.
((I have snipped the top off which said ‘Latin American Kitchen’))

Just giving you a hard time based on the lack of authentic Mexican food near you. =)

No worries. We’ve got two Mexican places in my city now but still vastly out numbered by everyone else.

Well, I hope you get the good stuff some day. I generally disliked Chinese food because I knew was the Chinese buffet model. Then I went to China. It was a revelation - everything (mostly - they eat some crazy stuff - ha ) was incredibly fresh and delicious!

Large Yorkshire puddings are like edible food bowls.
I like chilli, without the beans.
They are going to love you at work . Lol.

Ye’, everywhere has slight variations and way s of doing things. Like we use be chamel sauce to top lasagne, many Americans on here went crazy when I said , even though many Italians I know, do the same.
I like cooking Italian, the Italian way. Rather than the U.K. way we do.

I love doing a giant pudding, putting a large tender beef joint in the middle and then thick gravy. Oh man.

I only know what you’re talking about because of the great British baking show. Which I’m addicted to. Even though I can’t and don’t cook. Looks delicious though!

Lol. Never seen it.
Yorkshire puddings are pretty much pancake mix in a very hot oiled muffin/bun trays.
Make the mixture, add some fat or oil to each of the cups and place in the oven, when the fat/oil is really hot (near smoking), add some of the mixture and return to the oven and let the awesomeness rise.

i make something that looks liek that. I line the cupcake tray with croissant dough so it forms a little cup then I cook up hamburg with ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar and fill the cups up and though it all in the oven

Beer is good, beer is always good. We’ll call beer, plan A, and the other thing, plan B.

I don't like cooking shows or reality TV and I'm not a foodie. But that show is just so good.

Traditionally, chili is just meat + seasonings, and chili with beans in it is stew.

Thanks.
Sometimes I think I go over board with the plating. Lol.
I did duck in hoisin sauce but thought it looked plain so scored a cucumber length ways, grated it. Cut up some cucumber and then sprinkled the grated cucumber over the rice. That’s a little OTT.

I don’t feel so bad about not liking the beans in it. Lol.
Strangely as I love baked beans.
