I used to give tours through Hawthorn Hill and volunteered at the NMUSAF for a number of years as well.

I work for the company that handles water and sewer operations on base. I drive through the flying field to get to our auxiliary well field and took this on the way back.
I need to do a tour of Hawthorn Hill at some point.

Thankfully I work on the clean water end of things.
I used to work in wastewater though and my go to when someone asked about my day was “everyday it’s different shit.”
