No. The president is guilty of very many things but tabloidy bull like this just distracts from the real issues. No doubt he treats his wife poorly, but I don’t think he’s attempting to grope her at Bush’s funeral.

But he’s also the guy boasting about grabbing women by their private parts and making porn stars household names and those are not mere distractions so while my wife would say, “O.C., your post is kind of juvenile and churlish,” I say, I’m not prepared to tune out the president’s comportment and write it off as harmless rhetoric. President Trump’s bullying, predatory behavior toward women IS A REAL ISSUE.

I am totally appalled by the guy. Totally. Appalled. Faithless, charmless, adulterous cheat and a thief. It resonates with me when commentators state that the founding fathers never envisioned such an abject scoundrel occupying the office and that the Constitution is not up to the task of guarding the country against him and it doesn’t help that the likes of Mr. McConnell are abetting him and enabling him and not standing up for the country.

“If you’re wearing a longer dress or knee-length skirt, then it’s all right to cross your legs at the knee. If you’re wearing anything shorter, it’s only proper to cross your legs at the ankle.

When sitting at a social setting, a lady of etiquette will not cross her legs at the knees when wearing a short skirt. She will not dare to bring one arm to rest at the back of the chair, and she will never throw herself completely dunked in a sofa, regardless. She will always care about how she presents herself respectably to any situation and company. She will always sit gracefully.

According to the Institute of Etiquette,

“When sitting, a woman should cross her legs at the ankles. For one reason, it is not considered lady-like to cross one’s legs at the knees, especially if one is wearing a short skirt.”

If you’re in a social situation and in doubt, always err on the side of conservative - cross your legs at the ankle.

Looks like FLotUS has her hands neatly flat on her lap, and PotUS has one hand on top of hers, which is reasonable since if it were higher it might mess up her outfit, makeup, hair, etc. Looks fairly natural to me, TBH.

ALL of the media outlets are mongering their wares with sex. Blatantly. And Men just lap it up. It’s not just the big networks either. I googled Houston News Anchors and 17 of the 19 faces that show up on the first page are pretty women. They represent Fox, ABC, NBC, and CBS.
