I s the interior really as super cool looking in person? Did you get to drive it much? Is the ride really F loaty McBoaty? S ome of the review folks have commented that direction - but sometimes I get the feeling they might be judging it against their slammed 95 Honda Civics... I still like the looks of it, maybe even more now. Some guy in the neighborhoods north of us has one of them in that pretty blue...

it’s closest in spirit to the XTS. a cushy American luxury car.

as it should be.  Only BMW and Audi are BMW and Audi; nearly everyone else who has tried chasing them (Cadillac, Acura, Infiniti) has faltered.

It literally drives like the titanic or costa Concordia. 3 point turns become 11 point turns because the turning radius is frankly awful. But it does ride nice. The interior looks great but materials are lacking behind even Cadillac.

Yeah, I get that it’s similar in theory to the XTS, but I sure hope it’s a hell of a lot better than that car is.

Better interior materials, better use of space, better seats.

I’m well aware that not everything has to be a performance car, but the XTS is hot garbage. There’s a reason why the only people under 70 buying it are livery companies.

Interestingly enough they don’t sell FWD Continentals in Canada (nor the top of the line Black Label).
