( KIIIIIINJAD. somehow just hit post and it put it up ...yesterday?)

I need drive way space and unfortunately the w123 has to go. <100k miles, interior is perfect, whole car is in great shape . needs a brake flush, I did rear pads already and have the fronts to do. I just put in a brand new starter.Also needs front left turn signal, I have a new housing/lens but not the light part. In Austin TX but _no title_. Thought I’d try and get it to a good home before I sacrifice to CL...

(i think kinja did stupid things with my photos sorry)

(also I have the matched hub caps in great shape, just need to dig them out of the garage)

Posting from mobile? Kinja flipped AM/PM timing so my 12pm post posted 12 hours before at 12am.

If you click on the post time (next to the date) in the editor and click “clear” instead of setting the time manually, it seems to post in the present.

Kinja does not work well with Noon and Midnight. You can edit your post and change the time and date to correct this.

Although I’m not interested, I am wondering if you r an it with waste frying oil?

I only just learned that last week. I had that problem for a long time, so I just started scheduling them for "1pm"

Used to set time manually for like 2 min in the future, so I knew it’d be at the top of the feed. Unfortunately Kinja Kinda’d that method; now “clear” right before publishing is the only option.

Nope. It sat for 4 years (owner passed away) and I’ve just been wrenching getting all the weird little stuff fixed. Got it most of the way there and then bought an m5 and my driveway is full =( That was on my list to look at doing though

If you had a title that’d be a solid look for me. I live in Missouri though and no-title is a deal breaker because it costs a ton and is a pain to fix here.

Definitely a neat old Mercedes.  I almost bought one of those about 10 years ago, 4 spd non-turbo slow as hell but pretty cool nonetheless.

Car’s owner passed away. I bought it off another guy after it sat for 3-4 years as a dirt cheap project car. I can give a bill of sale, i started down the bonded title path and I know the title is clear, someone just needs to deal w the paperwork....

You’ll double your money easily if you get a title, not to mention get a lot more interested parties.

You can get a Vermont registration for it with just a bill of sale, then use the VT registration to apply for a TX title.

Sounds like it is worth saving.

You should put the transmission type in the description, it makes a difference with these.
