Replaced the Michelin Premier’s on my Camry for some General Altimax RT43's. I am absolutely blown away so far! I truly had no idea how big of a difference tires can make. I coulda sworn that the reason why my Camry handled so poorly was due to worn struts. But with these new tires, the handling is like night and day!

RT43s are the good regular tire I recommend to everyone looking for regular tires.

I had a set of cheap tires on my NA Miata for quite a while... When I sold it, I swapped the wheels and tires with a set of NB wheels and BFG G-Force (iirc) because I had genuine Panasport racing wheels. Ho-lee-chit, the car transformed. I almost didn't go through with the sale.

Those are good tires. I've put them on two of my own vehicles now, and just fixed my father-in-law up with a set for his Equinox.

I’m going to try to convince family members to go with the RT43's but everyone in my family seems to be diehard Michelin fans, haha

Have you tried them in snow/cold? Not sure where you're located, need new tires for my wife's car though so I'm curious.

So far, its much better in cold weather compared to the old Michelins, but I'm waiting on some snow to test that out

Cool, reply here if you think of it, I’d love a first hand review, my wife had altimax arctics on her car in Denver but we didn’t bring t hem when we moved to chicago and we can't afford snow tires right now so just need a decent all season.

I have these tires on my 1997 Lexus ls400, they’ve been alright in cold/snowy conditions. Predictable and ride quiet, but when they do start to slip it can take a second to regain traction.
