...for 10 hours or drug addled tweaking. The video is sped up 5000% to cram all 10 hrs of the festivities into 3 minutes. I’m just glad he didn’t vandalize my i3 or otherwise break anything.

Almost seemed like he was performing for the camera at points...

I think it was just a fan. My bud thought maybe the guy hoped it was a heated and was trying to get warm? But he didn’t even stay near it once it was on. When I went down in the morning the fan was plugged in and on.

I didn’t notice until 4 minutes before he left the building. My building has roughly no security. You’re seeing all of the security.

Yeah o think they did some buddy system dumpster diving and then possibly went and did some drugs off camera. The original  visitor seems extra kooky right after that.

Rained a lot two nights ago in SoCal. We have a lot lot lot of street people especially in my area of West Hollywood. They seek shelter in places like my garage when it rains, which luckily is pretty rare.

Rained hard that night which is probably the main reason he was in my garage in the first place. Just to stay somewhat dry.

I had a tenant that got on meth halfway thru her l ease. She went nuts. Thought she was under surveilance. She sprayed shaving cream into every outlet in the house because she thought there was cameras in them. Cut the wires in the attic for the garage door safety sensors, and the coax cables running to every bedroom for cable TV , because she thought they were for hidden cameras. She ended up falling thru the ceiling one day. I didn’t know any of this until after the eviction.

I wouldn’t trust that guy in the garage, never know when he’s going to get de lusional, and decide your car is for whatever. Have you reported this to the building management?

He is not a tenant. He’s a homeless guy who is known to the police in the neighborhood. Management knows but management also doesn’t really care so long as he doesn’t damage the building itself .
