I’m now tempted to send a bag to that address and write my e-mail address inside and see what happens.

You guys are on a whole other level of English over there. Looks like some tasty stuff but potentially indigestion. Either way I’d do it.

Oh man I love raspberry ripple. I couldn’t find it for quite a while but now it’s become available again, yay.
The Walkers crisps are awe some, thicker cut with more crunch. Cheese and onion is a classic British flavour.
Walkers always reminds me of home as most other countries they are called Lays or Lays Frito (some countries or egions have a variation of it I believe) (though Australia it’s called Smiths, which was started in Britain , though our Smiths later became Walkers). The world is a confusing place.

Sorry dad. I couldn’t be arsed shopping after a crappy night at work.
Thankfully I’m off tonight as a colleague wanted a shift swap, tonight for Wednesday night so I won’t have to suffer the same colleagues I would on a Wednesday night as I would Tuesday night.
I may have a takeaway binge tonight (if I’m still up, as I’m currently enjoying a bluerasp berry Slush Puppie with quite a bit of vodka).

I’m just so ac customed to beautiful looking meals from you.
Mrs. addiction made chicken tikka masala (fancied up some jarred sauce) last night, and it was goooood... I was licking the bowl and the pan, eating my daughter’s leftovers and barely left enough for my son.

Even my old favourite Italian restaurant, the owner said that from time to time he just wanted a McDonalds cheese burger on an evening.
Chicken tikka masala is amazing spicy and filling comfort food.
I sometimes go OTT on curry.
Chicken Tikka Masala, Pilau rice, Bombay potatoes, chicken chaat samosas, chicken tikka samosas, onion & spinach bhajis, vegetable pakoras, chicken tikka skewers and bites

There’s an Indian buffet that’s just half a mile from my kids’ school that’s aMAZing... I could seriously eat there every other night.
So glad my kids have finally gotten adventurous enough that we can all eat there together and enjoy it.

The thing with Indian food is there is something for everyone really.
Don’t want spicy go for a korma, want hot go for a phal (aka phaal aka phall) which is British Bangladeshi, not the same as a Bangalore phal.
The flavours, the aromas and the textures excite all the senses, it’s amazing.

I could eat Indian or Thai for the rest of my life and be very happy.
My kids eat their relatively mild chicken tikka masala and naan, and like some of the fried crisps they offer. My little guy really like the tandoori chicken (after I’ve taken most of the very spicy outside off).

Poppadoms. I like naans but chapatis are less filling so leave more space for the curry. Mid way between a tortilla and a naan I’d say. Great for mopping up the sauce.
Your doing good work. There are so many that have never experienced a good curry, they’ve either had a bad one or never had a curry so don’t make the effort to look at what else is out there or try one .

After one of my son’s recent basketball games, we went to an authentic Mexican taco shop. It was a bit of a dive, but they were game, and really enjoyed what they got. They even tried some of the lengua from one of my tacos! I told them now they’re read y to go with me to visit my brother in Shanghai. =)

I’m just getting into Mexican food.
There’s so much good food out there.
When I came across Argentinian, matambre a la pizza, it was a massive find to me .
Literally substituti ng a pizza base for a large beef flank done on a barbecue.

Haha! Oh man, that’s ridiculous...
Find a Mexican place that make carnitas (pork) and crisps them up nice on the grill before serving it. So good. Also, fresh & chunky guacamole.

Mexican food is harder to come by here as it’s not really something we eat. There are two places that have opened in the last year or so where I am. One delivers and I’ve tried their stuff and it wasn’t up to scratch, the other one doesn’t deliver but apparently is worth going to though they are more a tapas bar really.

Sounds like a plan. Though I’m going to go get my head down for a few hours (well, see how it goes, lol) as I’ve been up a good 24 hours and the beer and vodka hasn’t done anything to keep me awake.
have a good lunch mate. I think I’ll have a donner wrap and a parmo later on (they should be still open, they don’t close until 4am on a weekday and it’s only 6:30pm now.

I am here to redeem myself.
Malaysian chicken and mango laksa with diced onions and seeded tomatoes (more to add a little colour) on steamed rice with a plain naan and vodka and mango juice drink to wash it down.
