The way they did it is pretty neat. It’s basically just 3 mirrors with fritting.

LEDs give them the ability to come up with “signature” lighting. Dodge wasn’t the first to do this, but I think they were the first to call attention to it and give it a name; when they unveiled the 2011 Charger Ralph Gilles talked about the “racetrack” tail light style.

Hybrid Sonata.

My mom was shopping for a replacement for her Prius because my dad hated it. I told her to buy one of these because of the tailights. Ended up buying the 2.0t Sonata because she likes power.
