I like Mr Wooten's bass line more

As a former tuba player, I’m going to have to go with Axel F.

I don’t hear Bey oncé Knowles vocals with that bass line, it’s ok.

Life is too short to not like catchy beyonce songs

Axel F sounds nice, but it ain’t no Beyoncé Knowles.

This music cured me of everything and somehow 20$ ended up in my wallet I didn’t know was there before. 11/10, it is now added to my everyday playlist.

Check out his rendition of “isn’t she lovely”
I freaking love Victor Wooten.

This was the song that my best friend and his wife came into their reception to. A bout a month before the wedding I texted him and was like “hey man you show have Love in top be your introduction song at your reception” and he was like “I was telling Rosanna the same thing last night”
We also contemplated Rosanna by Toto but it didn’t have the power we were looking for.
Best part was their first dance was “put you head in my shoulder, but his wife is a good 3 inches taller than him, so like she couldn’t.

As a person born in 1990 I can’t not hear Crazy Frog

Beyonce is mediocre, at best, and in that particular video, her lips aren’t even in synch.
If you want to hear a bass line , try Flea, of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The average RHCP song is more musicality in a single guitar string than Beyonce has in her entire band.

His version of amazing Grace is.... amazing
![]() 11/23/2018 at 08:38 |

Flea’s funkiness is about 70% of why I like RHCP

I have to disagree. Hysteria by Muse is the best bass line.
There are lots of others that are more compelling than Beyonce.

He’s simply phenomenal.

This is the greatest bass line ever

Flea started out as a trumpet player. His dad took him to jazz clubs when he was young. That in itself explains a lot. He plays a superbly melodic, yet extremely funky, bass.

I’m sorry, I can’t hear you over John Entwistle.
A good bass line isn’t just rhythm. It’s melody too. And, for my money, Entwistle was one of the greatest of all time, and Who’s Next is one of the greatest rock and roll albums ever recorded.

That Beyonce song is about as musically interesting as drying paint.

My complaint with much of what I hear nowadays is that it sounds like an auto-tuned washing machine.
![]() 11/23/2018 at 22:55 |

A lot of it is played by a beat box, not a human. That’s why I like The Who so much. Give Who’s Next a listen.
![]() 11/23/2018 at 22:56 |

It’s music that is meant to be heard but not listened to.

And so called dubstep; some of it is interesting for thirty seconds or so. Remember Foreigner? Nothing there.

It
is
a great riff. And the current incarnation of RHCP is much more refined and enjoyable.
