Haribo doesn’t make the malitol ones anymore, you have to go to some off brand that still makes the colon cleanser bears.

They’ve been making these for years. I usually stock some kind of throwable candy in a drawer at work to pitch at people and these were among the ones I’ve stocked.
Not as good as Lindt truffles , though, which everyone just called “balls” or “lint balls”.
I like that these bears are chewier and less sweet than the full sized ones.
