apparently management found the time between coffee breaks to come up with a plan to * improve* everything...

so they’ve sacked all the teamleaders.. to be replaced by new ones from outside the company with little to no experience with the machinery or the products

wich i think translates to their kicking out those horrible people that will tell them stuff wont work and getting in a bunch of yes men..... great plan..

also despite having a whole building full of people paid to plan stuff we somehow went from hiring people last week coz zomg so busy to firing people this week coz oh hey no work for yous

their ability to make things worse never fails to impress

tbh they let go one person from each shift today... not me this time

but i think i should keep my eyes peeled for another job... this place is getting a little to unpredictable for my taste...

and yes... it will be a madhouse when the teamleaders go... thats a lot of experience getting kicked out infavour of nice malleable rookies...
