The Baja Design site mentioned I could be a Skene dimmer (???) to activate the low/high settings on the lights. The only ones I could find were for motorbikes. Also, I would assume that I am going to need some sort of Aux button in the cabin of the car. Any nice machined aluminum ones or high quality good looking ones?
Also, the lights appear black on the site, but on the car that I am basing this on they are silver? I’d prefer black obviously.

I have no help to offer, but we should do a night drive at some point after you get all this illumination!

sounds good! It will probably be like February/March.
My townhouse is having some work done and the ST will have to go live somewhere else for a month or so. I don’t want to have the lights on for that, just asking for theft.

Hey There!
Skene Dimmer;
https://www.bajadesigns.com/products/skene-motorcycle-dimmer.asp
When wired in line this would let you switch the lights between high (100%) and adjustable pre-set levels 25%, 50% , 75% etc.. It’s more a motorcycle thing where the light is the only light you have and you don’t want full power all the time. This controller isn’t built by BD, and requires another toggle switch to contro l the level;

I think at some point the whole Sport line were silver? My Squadron Sports had silver but I have the Tacoma pod mount on them instead of the silver front. They might all be black now.
Is there any reason you are getting the Rounds? They were made to fit in light pockets but don’t need to. Square are the same price and work exactly the same.
Switch and fuse is included in the pair. It’s a nice switch, lights up and everything. Check around the forums and see if anyone makes a stock looking switch. Do you have any
blank plugs in your dash?
ps-
When you get them you might want to add a
relay
to each circuit
. 40W and
2.9A each means around 6 amps per harness - which is getting up there for something you are running through the dash and back..
pp
s - you have
spot
and
wide/
cornering
lenses there, I would recommend the
Combo kit
instead of one of the spot
ones. Wide is like their version of a
fog. Combo is like a
stock headlights, and spot are very focused. I switched out my Squadron Pro S
pot
because they were like a shotgun barrel down the road instead of spreading to the ditches..
pp
p
s, don’t buy the 660302, buy these instead; 2x $9CAD
instead of $79.99USD

Y
ou can always buy the lenses after as well; for $20
ea
you can change the light
completely
. I’ve actually found the yellow lenses to be really nice - great in wet/snow, and a little easier on the eyes than the bright
white of the clear. This is a
combo lens
, spot is all four clear,
and cornering/wide is all four diffuse
