This air quality is doing me in, and I’m all the way in San Francisco! The entire Bay Area has been at ‘very unhealthy’ (second worst possible) level all day, and Sacramento’s waaaaay worse! Truly cannot imagine what it must be like to be at the actual fires or have been more affected by them.

There was a fantastic report on pbs with a historian explaining how issues are never resolved by the generation(s) that creates them, only their progeny has historically. Seems about right.

I read an atricle stating as much a few days ago, they just had not done the count yet. It’s just terrible. I’ve done a lot of work in that area and I tell you you would never think it would burn like this, it’s jut nuts.
