Decided to check my tire pressures last night when I got home. Thought the tire looked a little low. Turns out, they were really low by like 8 psi low!

...may have contributed to the love tap I gave to the car I hit on Tuesday....

The struggle is real, y'all!

Since it went from 80s down to 20s over the course of 3 weeks here in Wisconsin, all of my car tires have deflated.  I think I wore out my tire gauge airing them all back up.  Or maybe because I buy $2 gauges from the gas station...

yup. 1-2 PSI change per 10 degrees of ambient temperature change, up or down, just due to air density and relative pressure changes.

Right out of college I worked for a distributor of industrial gauges (among other industrial process items). One of the sales giveaways was a tire gauge made from this vendor’s gauges.  Really high end stuff.  I saved one after the company closed, but I’ve misplaced it.  I even called up the gauge company and they don’t make them any more.  So I’ll have to get one of these off Amazon.

I literally have cases of these high end gauges in my warehouse. As I mentioned, the company closed and I “inherited” a bunch of their inventory since I rented their building to start my business.  So really, I should figure out how to turn them into tire gauges and get some usage out of them.
