The police in the town next to mine have been bugging me about the no front plate, but I got it back from the body shop with no holes in the bumper, and they can pull me over and tell me to put it on all they want , but I don’t think they realize that I’m just  not gonna drill holes in my brand new bumper. My insurance company paid a lot of money for that bumper.

In MD you have to have the front plate with you (or visible, can’t remember) but I drove our Pilot for months without the plate visible after the mount broke, never hassled once.

I generally don’t get bothered, but this one town has pulled me over twice in the past month for no plate. One of those time the cop hooked a u-ey across several lanes of traffic and weaved in and out of cars to pull me over for the $100 ticket or whatever that he didn’t even give me because I have a gold PBA card. Just seems excessive. God forbid my car looks good and I don’t stick a yellow rectangle in the middle. I’ve been thinking about getting a UK style sticky plate made but I’m sure that’d attract more attention than just not having a plate at all.
