... only to delete both after proofreading. One was too sterile — facts and unremarkable information about one of the most common vehicles on the road — and the second was too much of “The Dr. Zoidberg Show.” So I haven’t found that balance yet for this one.

Haha! Good one. I haven’t used an Olympus confocal before, but that software is giving me bad flashbacks of the Zeiss interface I had to deal with in my postdoc. Fortunately, u ser interfaces have gotten a lot better in the last several years.
