Can’t tell if the person in the background was just out of range of a direct impact, or dead instantly. Guy on the ladder looks lucky he wasn’t a couple feet further back.

My guess is he was thrown clear.  Given the location skepticism how real this footage actually is warrants mention.  There is a, let’s say, element of the unreal here.
