The location that had the picture was only connected to the search through a binary location, so the link was a garbled “data:\\”url that wasn’t a url and couldn’t be used in a search-by-image.

An idea occurred to me, though, which is if that happens again (far from the first time), I can post a small crappy version in a kinja reply, then it will have a URL I can use, and hopefully find a larger version.

Didn’t find a larger one this time, but the idea was sound.
