After much deliberation, research, and anxiety my dream BMW 02 is making the journey from the Netherlands to my driveway!!! I was hoping to get the car cheap enough to justify a trip over to see it before I shipped it home, but that did not happen. I just made the deposit, and this gorgeous, strictly business , 1975 BMW 1502 is soon to be mine! I am over the moon excited. Congratulations, that’s a sharp looking car. I don’t know if car design has gotten bland or whether I just perceive anything that doesn’t look modern as having character, but I’d much rather drive that than nearly anything else made today.

Yep. The seller had a tough time finding a 1502 badge in good condition. However he has found one and is including it with the sale. I will be putting in on when it gets here.

I just saw a well cared-for 2002 on my commute last week--this one looks even better as far as condition and that neck-snapping color. Congrats!
