First real snow of the season, and I just got my snow tires on last night! Much hooning was done before work this morning.
Also got my garage 75% clean and got the rabbit in there. The mission for tonight is, assemble that tool cart that’s been sitting in a box for 2 years, finish organizing the garage, which for me is 200% harder. I can clean all day, organizing makes me want to shoot myself. Once the space is made I need to pull the Fit in and get the snows on it.

Those wheels look very familiar
Just put them on Wednesday night and there’s snow in the forecast for next week. Up north they’re getting it tonight, but I don’t think we’ll make it up there to ski.

Yeah I think they a re/were the cheapest option on T irerack for most BMWs. I got them used with basically new WS-80s for 400 bucks so I cant complain.

I love driving in the snow but I also cringe at my car having to be in the winter tundra for sever al months

its a trade off for sure. I try to do an under carriage wash at least once a week in the winter. I should really get it under coated too while this car is still rust free. Its from down in Racine so this will be its first real winter.

Yeah I need to get some sort of undercoating on mine as well. Not sure when I should put the blizzaks onto the clownshoe though, its still been relatively warm here around Philly

I think so.... same here I got them “used” from a guy who bought them last April (as in, 2018) - he said he put 600 miles on them, I believe it.

nice the guy i bought mine from said he used them maybe 1000 miles in one winter. but he bought a Subaru Crosstrek to replace his 2007 E90 and didn’t need them any more. only down side is they were previously on a RWD car so the side wall is a bit smaller, effectively lowering the car, not ideal for winter.
