Over the weekend I made coffee via pour over. Poured it into pint glass (as I do so it cools faster). Once it had cooled to the perfect temperature, I took a sip...perfect. I set it down on the coffee table, pick up the baby and our 130 lb mastiff puppy drags her slobbery drool face right across the top of my glass. Then looks up at me with that stupid happy face like “Hello, I am dog please pet”

My mother’s puppy is not drink-safe. For reasons I don’t even know myself, I refer to her as the Spaz Merchant.
There was a time I had an open mountain dew on the table, and she leaped into my lap, caroming off all the way up onto the table and licking the top of the can in one smooth operation.
