Gotta brag on my 7th grader. He took the District band euphonium audition today and placed 5th out of 16 , the second highest 7th grader in the room. Lots of 8th graders behind him. He said he just didn’t want to finish last. He certainly didn’t do that.

Thanks! I’m very proud of him. I’m surprised with his natural talent. His teacher told me that he’s been getting by on talent, and that if he learns how to practice he will smoke the whole room next year. And he is the one of my three sons I never expected to take to Music. Funny how that works out.
