We got 3 inches of rain last night. Some of it is still in my garage.

It was only supposed to be here for a few days, but that turned into a few weeks. I'm not sure if he has stands, as he lives in a small apartment.

The garage roof needs to be repaired. It was leaking in through some seams. I rent, so I told my landlord. He's known that it needed repairs for a while. We love on a hill so it's not from standing water outside or anything like that.

pro tip: over inflate tires by like 10%, and stick a few peices of cardboard under the wheels. your brother will thank you a lot.

Is that black mold in the corner behind the moto? If so that stuff is seriously bad for your health. Like tear down the garage and rebuild from scratch bad.

Not black mold. I believe that was an earlier attempt to deal with a leak using flex seal or something like that.
We just rent, so I'm not tearing anything down.

I was able to walk on the crown of Spring Creek road between Mill Creek and Mill Creek today. I can’t say I’ve done that in a while.
There's a first gen CR-V sitting off to the side currently axle deep in water...

Yikes.

Ah - I saw the black spot ( mold - nasty) and thought that might be the source. Landlord should get on that- water damage can spread easily. Good luck!

The black is just some flex-seal. He said he'd be here Monday, but the forecast calls for rain.
