Looks good.
Needs thicker sausages and a lot more bacon.

North American breakfast sausage is almost always thinner and more heavily spiced.
Also you’ll rarely see beans or stewed tomatoes here.
But otherwise this is a universal breakfast.

I’m having a piece of leftover Quiche from dinner Thursday. My wife had it ready when I got home from class:
Spinach, Cremini mushroom, onion, red bell pepper, and bleu cheese baked in a cast iron skillet. So so yum.

I’m lazy on weekends. Well, every day. Protein shake in some milk, then probably some of those breakfast cookies for carbs. And 2-3 cups of coffee.
My son has a basketball game this morning (7 year olds playing full court 5-on-5 is hilarious). Then we have the Pinewood Derby with Cub Scouts right after that. That’s the worldwide annual downhill drag race for 5oz home-built cars.
I will never become The Sports Dad but it’s definitely in my DNA.
Here’s our widebody car. We’ve added some clearcoat and decals since this pic. Will post results later. Or not if we suck!

I made quiche for the first time a couple weeks ago. Good stuff. Even better when I can throw the leftovers in the microwave and have an easy, tasty breakfast.

I made breakfast burritos and I would show them off, but I ate them already! Paired well with a double shot of espresso.

Having pretty much a slimmed down version of that: one sunnyside up, 3 slices of bacon, a piece of toast with some cream cheese on it.

That’s just wrong.
Breakfast pork sausages should be thick and lightly seasoned.
Baked beans (not U.S. ones) are amazing for breakfast. Fry some chopped bacon, add the beans and keep stirring till thickened.
Stewed tomatoes? No they should be regular tomatoes, halved, pierce the skin with a knife a few times and fried with a little salt and pepper.
For something different, take some on the vine cherry tomatoes (Tomkin tomatoes are better), spray with oil and salt and oven bake for 20 minutes or so.

You say non-US beans. What’s the difference?

The sauces they are made in are different. British, Irish and some colonies ones use a seasoned tomato sauce (not tomato sauce as in the condiment), American ones are made in molasses and salt pork (in fact American ones can be flavoured differently across the U.S.) while Canadian ones use a maple syrup in their ingredients.
Quite a different flavour.
