Why did you decide that it should take two clicks to get back to the account summary screen? Seriously, it should take on click to get from an account detail view to the summary view. Did you just lock a bunch of drunk monkeys in a room and tell them to develop your UI. It is horrible and getting worse every time you change it. It is so bad that I am considering changing banks purely so I don’t have to deal with the incoherent mess that is your online banking.
This was surely ineffective, but it was at least cathartic. They asked for feedback and they got it. Again.

I’m glad my bank finally, after years of bragging about their online banking system, made it easy to see the account and routing number instead of making me download a damn PDF of my old statements to find it.
If only EssExTee could be so grossly incandescent

My banks is great but when you login to either the desktop site or the app the username and password entry are on two different pages. You type your username, hit “submit”, then next page loads where you type your password, then hit “submit” again to be taken to your accounts.
