Whoa whoa whoa...only g*rls can use that word. That’s their word. /s
As a kid of the 80s, the C4 only holds malaise memories. Most 80s cars were like that. Same with the Fox Body Mustang or the early 90s F-body Camaro/Firebird. Sure they can all be modded to be amazing, but in stock form, meh. And not cool enough to be true classics like prior generations of Vette. IMHO, of course. Time will tell.

The C4 is what I grew up with. I picked one up a few months ago. Partly because of the nostalgia, partly because it is a bargain sports car I could daily in the summer. I also considered whether it would be a potential investment over time, but it didn’t matter.
Mine is an 89, and for me that is the year to have. It is the only year you can get all that 80s styling and the modern 6 speed. Previous years had the goofy 4+3 and later years had the new 90s dashboard. No regrets.
