One of the reasons the restorer decided not to work on my Alfa was it took a piss on their floor. And by that I mean it leaked coolant on the shop floor, which apparently “didn’t bode well for the car”.

Having just leak tested the radiator, replaced the water pump, replaced the thermostat, and successfully driven it after it sat for two months I found this... odd.

Well today I went ahead and looked for the leak. And I found it!

Loose hose clamp.

It was a loose hose clamp.

Yeah sure doesn’t bode well for the car.

... asshole.

One of my favorite insane clusters comes from a Alpine GTA V6 TURBO. Look at all that 80s goodness!

As an EE the Lagonda clusters have always intrigued me. One of those challenges that I think would be a lot of fun and a huge head/heartache all at the same time.

Thing is, the garage could of found the issue and got great feedback from the customer and would of gained a customer for life.

Now the garage even if not via media but via word of mouth will likely not be seen in high regard.
