I’m really liking what Hyundai and Kia are doing lately. I hope they sell well so they’re encouraged to keep it up.

Will we get it in the states?

Having driven what they are putting out lately, I am not. Our Suburban 2500 has better driving dynamics and steering feel. But this car could change that.

I don’t know, maybe. I’d still probably get an RS, but at least there is competition.

Tempting. While I think the Regal wagon would be a better everyday car for me, it’d be cool to rock a Korean pocket rocket since I could be half-patriotic and support the Korean half of my ethnic background.
Also, autocross Saturday at the Darlington speedway, you should totally come out for ride-along and pictures. Hopefully we don’t put another SVT into a tree or Dukes of Hazard another C4 into the swamp!

As long as it doesn’t share the power steering with a Sonata, it might be alright or way better than alright. If it does then this car is an absolute pile of shit. I really hate the way the Sonata drives, if you can’t tell.

As I’ve already stated in this thread, and I’ll further elaborate on right here, our 2001 Suburban 2500 4WD at 230k miles with 750lbs sitting over the front axle, is a better handling vehicle than our 2014 Azera and even the Elantra Sport I drove.

I’ve had two rental Kia/Hyundai products, all things considered, they were the worst cars I have have ever driven. I would rather have a 1996 Sentra as opposed to a 2016 Kia/Hyundai; they were that bad. At least the 96 had cruise control; the 2016 Kia made me want to harm myself.
