Kinja isn’t loading the
cesspool
comments section. It works on mobile, but not on my pc. Any help here would be great.

That GT looks gorgeous in yellow.

Might be worth clearing cache on the PC browser.

If you run any adblock or script-blocker extensions for your browser sometimes they inadvertently block useful things on the page. If there was a recent update to Kinja, your browser, or the extensions, perhaps there’s some sort of interference.
That’s all I can think of, anyway.

If the comments section won’t load, how does one get help from the comments section?

I’m experiencing good luck with Chrome today.
Tomorrow, well... that’s another day and another browser.

Also, for some reason Kinja disconnected me from Safari and now I can’t log back on my iPad. Is it that hard to make a reliable plataform?

I’m in chrome and its been like this for a couple days now.

Its not an ad blocker or extension, and I’m not the only one having this problem.

Maybe see if Chrome has an update available?

It works* on my phone.

It’s been doing the same thing with photos. I will select it, but the photo won’t show up. It’s pretty annoying. Works on my phone, but not my iPad

Do not ruin Philosoraptor’s moment, man!

I have the latest version of Chrome my OS supports, and it’s doing it in Firefox too.

I’m in the same boat. Same story for FF and Chrome. Even with ad block off.
Something changed in the last few days, and it blows.

It looks like a sad pig.

Huh. Chrome is loading comments ok for me, but if I clicked on a permalink (like from a notification, it doesn’t automatically scroll down to that comment anymore. Firefox will auto-scroll, but in Chrome, I have to scroll past the main article manually.

How about now?

I’m having the same problem, and I’ve tried everyone’s suggestions from here. Hopefully they fix the bug...

I believe they just rolled out a fix.
It is magically working now.
