Ever see two airplanes hit each other?

Pretty sure I did, and it wasn’t just two airplanes. IT WAS TWO F/A-18s. They performed the flyover for the Continental race at Laguna Seca on Saturday. Neat flyover, very close, with a very messy separation just after passing over the facility to the east, when they appeared to touch. Several people around me saw something falling, I couldn’t see well enough to corroborate that. Nothing in the news though, I’ve been trying to find out more. They were probably out of NAS Lemoore, but I don’t know yet. If I find anything out I’ll update.

Yep, unless you’re in the air or catch something taking off or landing you won’t see it from I-5 or 41. Cleverly hidden in plain sight, right?
