I wouldn’t worry about the badges. I’ve just never been a fan of Altezza-style lights on any car. Not trying to make you do it or anything, it looks awesome either way...you do you my friend! :)
That being said, all you would really need is to clean ‘em up and apply some of that red vinyl film and carefully trim off the bottom to leave the reverse and turn signal lights the way they were before!

It’s my hope that one day Altezza lights get the respect they deserve as an influential shake up of production car design. And shake off the baggage of idiots fitting cheap aftermarket lights to Civics
