Which LG monitor is that? I’m considering selling my Aorus X5v6 120hz 6820hq>GTX 1070 > all flash storage > 64gb ddr4 and buying a monitor and mechanical keyboard and gaming mouse to go with my 6700k/GTX 1080 ftw hybrid/mini itx NZXT manta home desktop. I had been using it as a media center pc previously, but my new house has gigabit in every room So i will be using my old Xbox 360 elite and Forza xbone as streamdecks in the bonus and living rooms. I’m a die-hard Plex/Netflix/HBO go/Amazon user.
I have my eye on the 100hz 29" 21:9 version. It’s a tad bit more than I want to pay especially since I want a standing desk for the home office and a high quality monitor arm. I run 2 x 31.5" 4k monitors at work RN on my liquid cooled 6700k/64gb ddr4/all flash storage/GTX 1080Ti hybrid. I’m waiting on more TR4 socket CPU cooling options before I bite the threadripper bullet. Been needing an excuse for more local test environments on vmware.
Wish I could go ultra wide for work but it’s not as functional unless I pony up for that new 41"Samsung ridiculousness.

I got a very basic 60hz ultrawide. It’s an LG 34UM64-P.
