Yes, Irma and Harvey are causing untold destruction in the USA.

BUT, take a moment to pour one out for whatever the hell this thing was. It lost it’s life in the flooding in Livorno, Italy along with 6 people (likely not in the car)

Italy still has equivalents, though Casalini has switched to rebadging Microcars and Grecav now distributes Aixams. I think Town Life is the only one that still builds their own cars.
