Perfect condition Crossfire in the best color parked top down in the best parking spot in the lot.

Wow, that is an amazing parking spot

It’s a newly added lot at Hardberger park. It has lots of pods of 3-5 spaces so that they could leave some oak trees intact but then at the corner of the lot there is this one big space all on its own.

The Crossfire never did anything for me...seemed really overstyled. Great parking spot though.

I might argue with you on that being the best color, but what an amazing parking spot.

Great color, interesting pile of parts. There’s an SLK somewhere under there, screaming to get out. Damned if I can see it ....

I didn’t really care for it when it came out but it’s grown on me. It’s also one of those convertibles that doesn’t look right unless the roof is down and hidden under the tonneau.

Its better than the silver and black that you always see. I don’t think I’ve even seen a yellow one before.

Oh I have, I think it is too cream of a yellow. If it were a different shade it may have worked. Yellow is a hard color to pull of well. Out of all the color options
I like the Alabaster white ones

With all that pollen and tree sap... eh... not sure.

I sorta kinda maybe not really like the Crossfire SRT6 because it’s sorta kinda maybe not really an SLK32 AMG with ridiculous styling.

Not a fan of the convertible, but I did like the Crossfire SRT just because it was kind of weird. Basically an SLK32 for around $10k less in MSRP. I’d imagine the price difference was even larger as time went on since they probably had trouble moving Crossfires in the first place, given how rarely I see them around here.

My favorite part of the SRT-6 is the tiny little spoiler that pops out above 55 MPH. It was still pretty unique when it was new and it still makes me smile when I see one merging into the freeway.

In fairness to it, I’ll take overstyled and interesting over bland 100 times out of 100. Nobody could ever call the Crossfire boring looking, so that’s half the battle. Plus I bet they’re a hoot to drive.

I’ve never driven one but I bet in SRT form they are pretty fun to drive. I’m usually more a fan of understaed and well-proportioned designs but some of the nutty Chrysler stuff has grown on me over the years (see: Prowler)
