It’s funny how my friends have come to completely accept the fact that I will stop at literally any time to take pictures of what is, to them, a completely random car. They may chuckle or roll their eyes, but they don’t question it.

My wife is the same. The kids try to photobomb constantly though.

My wife has given up on walking with me. She’s 5'2" and I’m 6' so I’m either walking g way faster then she is or I’m stopped taking pictures and she’s ahead.

Kinda the same for me for a different reason. If it’s on pavement, I’m rolling too fast, or else I’m stopped to take a pic of something, and they just keep walking. They know I’ll be along eventually.

I was one of the early adopters of digital cameras back in 2001-02, so I was probably also an early generator of random-ass car and city pics.
My mom used to get bewildered at why I wasn’t keeping up while walking down the street, even as a grown-up. But they’re used to it now, I probably got distracted by a random car I wanted to snap a pic of.
