The right side blinker is doing the fast pace blinking despite no bulbs being burned out and the right side exterior unlock button doesn’t work any more. (Passenger side) no unusual water events. What do you guys think?

A lot of times that’s a wire that’s been pinched or has had the coating worn off. You may have to retrace it.

Sure about no water intrusion? Check under the passenger front floor mat for dampness, could be a control module or ECU messed up. Also check all fuses and relays are functional & seated.

body control module perhaps? (unless it doesn’t have a BCM)

(Holden Commodores VZ series were notorious for it.)
