Hello Opponauts.
My adventures in the States continue. Soon I will be going on a road trip from San Francisco down to San Diego and then to see the Grand Canyon.
Teh dates are 13th to 24th of September.
I am still looking for a suitable ride, though.
I have a 2013 Ford Escape rented on Turo but that is a bit too small, I would like to have the option to sleep in the car, hence I am looking for a minivan or a bigger SUV.
Anyone have any ideas where I can get something for cheap
Or if any of you fellow Opponites have a ride you are not using, I would like to rent it from you. I have a valid CA drivers licence, so no worries there.
Thanks a million, here are a few pics of my findings in California to amuse you.

I rented one to take people to Lake Tahoe once, I liked it and it kicked ass in the snow. It’s just way too big for my normal life. My CRV barely fits in SF parking garage spaces.

Being in Nova Scotia in Canada....no idea where you could get one in Cali. But, that being said, if you can find a second-gen Caravan in decent nick, I can vouch for ‘em as we had one when I was younger and it was a trooper :)
That was during the partnership with Mitsubishi, so they were Mitsu-engined....we had a ‘93 Caravan SE short wheelbase - this is the only pic I have of it, but I still miss that van! :P Had the standard burgundy 90s interior most US rides had at the time :P

I love the Flex, this summer I finally saw one.
One. Why only one? It seems like a perfect car. I always put it in my perfect car garage. It can hold a family, it does everything a minivan can but and on top of that it looks amazing. Why is there not a bunch of these on the roads?
Edit: Also, are you jsut recommending one or actually offering yours?
