Sweet, out here we have Grant’s Farm which is the estate of the Busch (beer) family, apparently he lived there after the war. Clydesdales used to be across the street before InBev buyout.

Grant as in President Ulysses S Grant, and front fence made from civil war gun barrels. (That’s what they told us on field trips in elementary school)
The earlier response don’t really clarify the Presidential status.
It is a cool place, I’ll do a write up in late September of the picnic.
