Hope yours lasts longer than mine did (about 8 months). Advise not holding the switch long and opening every now and then to clear out any stuck carbon build up.

I wonder if there’s any way to tie this into the computer so that it opens as the revs rise. Thinking it would be a great way to keep the exhaust pipe volume matched to the exhaust flow. I could keep my current factory-strangled tailpipe which seems perfectly matched to the flow at lower RPM and open the cutout wide when I need the power to carry higher up.

There’s vacuum and boost operated ones, and one of the guys in the car club used to have one that operated with rpm. The electric ones take a few seconds to open, so they might not be the best choice. Basically yes there is, I’m not sure what the way to do it is.
Funny story about him, he got pulled over because his exhaust, and was able to get out of the fix it ticket by only revving it a little for the judge or whoever and not letting the cut out open.

I don’t even really want more noise, I think I’d just run the cutout through a second muffler. I just want more flow at higher revs.
