So... CrashPlan is canceling their home backup service, which is fine, companies do that, but now I have to migrate to a new service. The thing is, I have 11 months left on my CrashPlan contract, which they claim they will honor, but how am I supposed to trust them with my precious data now?
Also, they won’t allow any subscription cancellations, which seems pretty crappy because I want to move on to my new backup solution now, not in 11 months, when I’ll probably forget to take care of it.
Oh well, just wanted to complain.

I pay $1.99/ month for 100gb from Google Drive, and then back that up locally.

I ended up just moving to the Small Business plan. I thought of going with Backblaze, however no one else allows you to backup network drives except Crashplan
and
offer unlimited storage.
