It’s strange not having my walls covered in music, booze, and trippy posters.

Very nice! Needs more four-legged furry companion though! :P

I love visiting friends with furry friends. But my allergies say no to living with one...

Wait what? I consider mine as an adult appartment, and my tv sits on top of Tetris blocks
(Old photo, TV grew bigger)

Allergies are natures way of saying you are a substandard human. It has been trying to off you for years.

Love this. View out the window is awesome.

I used to live with people that had the general idea that any wall space is bad and should be covered.
The living room alone in my last place had three large tapestries in the living room alone haha.

I also travel 4 days a week. Wouldn’t be fair to the furry friend. Maybe someday in the future...

You know, I was the EXACT same way. Then we tried to rescue the abandoned cats our shit neighbours left behind when they moved that had been outside on their own for like a year and had them rehomed as barn cats....we kept one of their kittens as we had tamed her to give her to the shelter and couldn’t bear to part with her (that was a wonderful journey on it’s own, no sarcasm), and my allergies adapted over the first few months of her being in the house. I can shove my face in her fur now and take a big huff with no adverse effects, lol.

Well, at least at the moment I appear to be winning this battle.
Only time will tell if I win the war...

Always a funny transition. “what do I do with all of these Zeppelin posters and tapestries now?”

I’m now imagining someone huffing a cat to high haha.

That’s a good reason not to have one.

I have a few music festival posters I’m planning on getting framed but other than that, yeah, I feel ya.

Very nice place! Chicago now, right?
You’ll love it - it’s a great city-

Hmm, I have never been one to hang posters or tapestries. I have a few framed posters and photos and some art, but that is all I ever hang.

Nice! However, le broom.

The previous place I moved out of had few windows overall. I was very surprised at how many windows and light this place had. Plus, the ones in the bay window are massive.

Now you need proper curtains!

Gotta block out those pesky people and that damn light!

Get some sheers and you can have light AND privacy. Plus, they just look nicer.

You misunderstood me my good sir, I want the light and the people blocked from view. Makes for better TV watching.
