i don’t normally get them or headaches

todays has been hell for me

2 x panadols now, 2 later and hopefully i’ll be fine in the morning.

Avoid bright light/s and drink plenty of fluids, sack off the rest of the day as unproductive and chill.

Ugh the worst. I get frequent cluster headaches, and the occasional migraine. If I drink it’s almost a guarantee. I just sit in the shower with the lights off until we run out of hot water.

Oh god, I know exactly how you feel right now.

I used to get frequent migraines. They’re the absolute worst. I wouldn’t wish one on my worst enemy.
